What is pollen and how does it help?
Bees gather pollen and fly back to the hive to provide the bee colony. Pollen is the most vital food source for bees. Apropos, plants become pollinated, so that they can produce new fruits every year. Pollen represents a mixture of bee enzymes, nectar and (genuine) bee pollen. Bee pollen is not equal to the allergenic airborne pollen, and bee pollen indeed strengthens our natural immunity and builds up a barrier or protective shield against the breathed and allergy causing airborne pollen. Bee pollen is a full-fledged food product, which contains all the necessary nutrients for a healthy life.
